COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST

Job Description: To conduct contract negotiation, contract review and contract quality evaluation To prepare commercial proposals for tenders released by telecommunication operators To be responsible for collecting and analyzing the commercial information of Indonesia and local operators, establishing commercial information database including taxation, law, insurance, transportation, customs clearance and banking, etc To provide routine commercial support Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in contract law, business law, international trade, international business management and/or other relevant specialties Be accomplished in Contract Negotiation Good knowledge in contract law, business law, international trade, international logistics, taxation, etc. Three (3) years experience in contract negotiation, contract review, contract law, contract management and/or other relevant experience. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing Experience in telecommunication industry and experience of contract negotiation or  international bidding will be preferred
